Who is responsible

Taha Sif Eddin, Germany. Email: contact@lowbuzz.uk.

What this covers

This policy covers the website lowbuzz.uk and the publishing tool at postiz.lowbuzz.uk (“the Service”). The Service is a self-hosted instance of Postiz, used only by us to schedule and publish videos to social media accounts that we own and operate. It is not offered to the public.

Data the Service processes

When we connect one of our own accounts on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram or Facebook, the platform gives the Service an access token and basic profile information (account name, user ID and profile picture). The Service also stores the videos, captions and schedules we create, and the publishing status returned by each platform. We do not collect data about other users, viewers or followers through the Service.

Why we use it

Only to publish our own content to our own accounts at the times we choose, and to show us whether a post was published successfully. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in managing our own channels).

Where it is stored

The Service runs on our own server in Germany. Traffic to the website and the Service passes through Cloudflare, Inc., which provides DNS, encryption and network protection and may process IP addresses and technical request data for that purpose. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Platforms we connect to

When the Service publishes a video, it sends the video and caption to the platform’s official API. Each platform then processes that data under its own policy:

How long we keep it

Access tokens are kept while an account is connected and deleted when we disconnect it. Uploaded videos and post data are kept as long as we need them for our channels and are deleted when no longer needed.

Revoking access

Any connected account can be disconnected in the Service at any time, which deletes its stored tokens. Access can also be revoked directly on each platform:

Website visits

The website lowbuzz.uk uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking, and it loads no fonts, scripts or images from other servers. The only processing is the technical request data handled by Cloudflare, as described above.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. Write to contact@lowbuzz.uk. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.

Changes

We will update this page if the Service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
